This year we worked closely with Berry Dunn as they conducted an evaluation of the Colorado Office of Information Technology (OIT). In 2008, the State of Colorado passed a bill that consolidated IT services of 16 Executive Branch agencies in which OIT now manages. The objective of this project was to evaluate the success of OIT since the consolidation took place. Results cover HR consolidation, asset and infrastructure consolidation, savings and efficiencies, billing practices, consumer satisfaction etc. We provided the survey and analysis portions of this project!
