The Medicare Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) is a critical patient-reported outcomes measure used in Medicare managed care.  The HOS gathers valid, reliable, and clinically meaningful data from the Medicare Advantage (MA) program to use in quality improvement activities, pay for performance, program oversight, public reporting, and general process improvement.

MDR achieved CMS approval as a vendor and completed our first cycle of HOS data collection with Cohort 24 in 2021. We are one of four vendors conditionally approved for the 2022 cycle. Despite being new to the HOS, MDR is a small business focused on survey research and data collection. We have been conducting health insurance surveys for decades and pride ourselves on our research quality and customer service.
