The Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) is a collaborative project led by the CDC and implemented by 40 states to gather essential information on maternal behaviors and experiences before, during, and after pregnancy. The insights from PRAMS help shape policies, programs, and interventions that improve the health of mothers and infants nationwide.
Trusted Partners in PRAMS Data Collection
At MDR, we are proud to support PRAMS with a team of highly trained, CDC-compliant interviewers and supervisors. Our staff is certified through the Secure Access Management Services (SAMS) system and actively uses the CDC’s PRAMS Integrated Data Collection System (PIDS) to ensure secure, standardized data collection.
We bring:
- SAMS-certified interviewers and supervisors
- Bilingual staff to support inclusive and representative outreach
- Deep experience with sensitive data collection and population-based health surveys
Quality and Care in Every Interview
PRAMS interviews require more than just technical expertise, they demand empathy, professionalism, and trust. We carefully select our PRAMS interviewers from among our most experienced team members based on performance, tenure, and their ability to connect authentically with postpartum individuals.
Because of the rigorous process to gain PIDS access, only our most senior and proven interviewers are cross trained for PRAMS. This ensures both data integrity and a respectful, sensitive experience for those participating.
High-quality data is key to improving maternal and infant health outcomes.
