Trisha Banks, MLIS

Trish is a valued member of the Market Decisions Research team, where she works primarily on PRAMS (Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System) projects. Her role involves interviewing new mothers, entering and coding survey data, and proofing and testing surveys with a strong attention to detail. She takes pride in treating every response with care, knowing that each story shared helps create a clearer picture of maternal and child health.

With degrees in Psychology and Library & Information Science, Trish brings a fresh perspective to her work—combining an understanding of human behavior with skills in organizing information. This background allows her to approach projects with both empathy and precision, ensuring that research captures not only accurate data but also the experiences behind it.

In addition to her PRAMS work, Trish contributes to a variety of other projects across the organization. She has supported communications by managing the company’s LinkedIn account, assisted with website updates, and is always eager to collaborate and lend a hand where needed.

What does Trish do outside of work? Trish loves stories in all forms—whether through books, films, or video games. A dedicated reader and reviewer, she partners with Penguin Random House to read and provide feedback on advance copies of upcoming books. When she isn’t turning pages, Trish enjoys the outdoors with her Boxer/Heeler mix, Monty, who is her loyal camping and exploring companion.
