Ms. Oliver is focused on how Market Decisions Research (MDR), as a small business, can leverage human and technological resources to be successful in a competitive environment. She is an efficient manager of business operations and effectively uses information technology (IT) for both management and research. Ms. Oliver is also skilled at developing procedures for complex, large-scale data collection projects and directs MDR’s PRAMS projects.
Ms. Oliver is responsible for managing business operations, human resources, contract administration, workflow, and resource allocation and workflow across departments at MDR. She also consults on projects requiring complex data collection procedures. Senior staff in our Field Services Department responsible for data collection management report directly to her.
Recently Ms. Oliver has been appointed as MDR’s leader of project performance management. In this role she focuses on the process of creating, implementing, and managing projects to contribute to the performance and strategy of Market Decisions Research. With more than 25 years of experience in business operations for both sales and service-based organizations, Ms. Oliver is uniquely suited to this new role.
