In focus groups, avoid drawing conclusions from isolated comments or assuming that a participant from a particular demographic group is representative of all the members of that group. Look for common themes or threads between responses.

Mr. Brinegar supervises the staff conducting telephone
interviewing, executive interviewing and intercepts. He also conducts executive
interviews and assists with focus group moderation.
Previously Mr. Brinegar worked in radio station marketing and
served as sales manager and training manager for a telephone marketing company.

Ms Oliver coordinates all research activities, field services,
finance and administration. Jennifer also directly manages projects and provides
research assistance including telephone survey programming, data analysis using
